The slides look great, I like the crayons.
ReplyDeleteSlide 1: Turn this into bullet points--I count at least 4 different points in the description.
Slide 2: You can lease the property instead of buying. I bet you could find an existing property with some or all of the equipment.
Slide 3: On what do you put the basketball rim? Think through what it means to improve the property you buy or lease with all this equipment and how much that would cost.
