Retail Employee Interaction
I followed the three principles of interaction with an employee at a Rite Aid next to my work. Honestly, at first, I didn't find the employee to be positively responsive to the three principles. I used the cashier's name when I asked a question and he seemed a little uncomfortable. He loosened up a little once he saw that I was smiling and seemed more willing to assist me with my question.
